CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointments are very important to Free Spirit Salon and are specifically reserved for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time to give notice for cancellations. Cancellations and Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment, will result in being charged 50% of scheduled services before booking your next appointment. No Shows will be charged 50% of scheduled services and need a 100% deposit for their next appointment.
